About Us

While I focus on shaping our company's future by building strong relationships within our community; I started out at the bottom, installing floors and learning the nuances of every trade. When you start there, the only way to go is up! Of all my achievements in founding this business, creating a supportive, family-first culture with everyone working as a team is easily my proudest. Nothing beats staying involved with clients, seeing a finished project come to life, and hearing their glowing feedback.

When I'm off the clock, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and working on horticulture projects around my house. I also have a keen interest in psychology, which always comes in handy whether I'm connecting with people or just trying to figure out why my golf ball didn't go where I wanted it to!

As Director of HR and Accounting, I focus on balancing the books so the money flows and supporting our people so every project grows. I genuinely love a good spreadsheet—there's a reason I became an accountant, after all!—and working alongside this team makes the daily grind a lot lighter (and delightfully weirder).

My career path started as a clerk at Eckerd Drug Store on Sanibel Island. Beyond master-level cross-training in counting pills, printing photos, and assisting sunburned tourists, my favorite takeaway was learning to make time for a break. I used to spend an hour at the beach between school and work, and I still keep a beach chair, towel, and sunscreen in my trunk to this day! When not processing finances, I love going thrifting with my daughter during her time home from college. Fun fact: I also trained as an opera singer from elementary school all the way through college!

I put my communication skills to work every day organizing client needs and coordinating with vendors to keep every project running seamlessly; while striving to bring a little extra sunshine to our community. The absolute best part of my job is walking through a finished space with a client and knowing I helped turn their vision into reality.

My career journey began with unloading shipping containers, where I learned early on that efficiency is key, and how you achieve that efficiency is the lock. Outside the office, I love working on my house, meditating to stay grounded, and traveling near and far to take in the beauty of the planet. When it's time to unwind, I'm almost always enjoying live music, especially over at the Sugarshack!

I focus on regularly checking project statuses to keep everything flowing smoothly according to the scope. Working alongside clients to bring their vision to life is easily one of the best parts of my job, and I love the satisfaction of seeing each completed task bring us one step closer to the final reveal.

My career journey started with pressure washing semi-trucks, which taught me early on to always look ahead and focus on growing into bigger and better opportunities. Outside of Artistic, my family, including the dogs, are my whole world. You can usually find us finding fun ways to stay active together or tackling new home improvement projects around the house.

I play a role in a little bit of everything, from helping clients make their selections to collaborating closely with our field crew to bring creative ideas to life. Taking daily walks around the office space always gives me a great mid-day boost and keeps me connected with the team.

My early days working at Bed Bath & Beyond taught me that patience is key to handling just about any situation. Outside of work, being outdoors is where I truly thrive—whether I'm camping, paddleboarding, or out line dancing. I’m also an avid collector of cowboy boots, so you can always count on seeing some yee-haw around the office!

Using my carpentry experience, I focus on turning raw materials into a homeowner's unique vision. There’s nothing quite like seeing the satisfaction on a client's face when they visit the project site and watch their dream take shape—though a quick caffeine boost along the way always helps! The welcoming, family-like culture here at AIC makes me feel less like an employee and more like part of a close-knit team, which makes being here so special.

My career journey started at a cultured marble company, which instilled in me an early appreciation for meticulous detail and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my wife and children, especially when we get to head outdoors for some fishing or hunting. I’m also a bit of an unpaid comedian at heart; I always enjoy keeping the mood light and bringing a smile to the people around me!
